Parents: Please complete the survey here to request a daily packed lunch as part of the Free School Meals service (if you are eligible).  

As of the 20th March 2020, we are asking that you complete this as soon as possible.  Then, from the week commencing Monday 23rd March, we will re-launch the survey on a weekly basis to enable eligible families to join the scheme or leave the scheme as needed throughout the period of school closure.
