Human Kind Award

Sutton Park Primary is incredibly proud to announce that we have received the Human Kind Award for Staff Wellbeing. This award has given us more than just recognition, it has provided us with a clear, practical framework to improve staff wellbeing across the board. With the guidance of an experienced coach and access to expert training, we’ve been able to reflect, grow, and make meaningful, lasting changes to how we support our team. Being part of this process allowed us to learn what works, and most importantly, celebrate the progress we’ve made. This award is a testament to the commitment, care, and collaboration that live in every corner of our school. We’re proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited for what’s ahead.
