Dear parents/carers,
I am writing to inform you of an incident that occurred on Friday 24th March just after 1.30pm as
pupils were making their way home from school. One of our pupils was spoken to by a man in a
white car outside the shops on Westwood road. The man then tried to get the child to get into his
car in an attempt to abduct the pupil. Fortunately the pupil did not get into the car and arrived safely
back at home, where the incident was then reported.
